Training is an essential part of being the best version of yourself when dealing with the community, your clients and your co-workers. It is critical that we are all taking the time to complete our assigned trainings, not only to remain compliant with Meridian Policy, but also to ensure that we are remaining sharp in our individual roles and responsibilities.
It is Meridian Policy, that all staff maintain a minimum 95% Training Compliance at all times. As of 12/01/2023, Training Compliance Reports will be generated for all staff, regardless of position or hours worked per week. Any staff below 95% compliance will receive a Corrective Action as a result.
If you are currently under 95% compliance, I have some good news. You have well over a full month to complete any courses that you are currently past due on. So, please partner with your managers and determine a plan to get your trainings completed and caught up before 12/01/2023.”
