As we continue with the momentum from a wonderful Employee Engagement Month, we are excited to announce the Phase I rollout of Viva Engage. This phase only allows for engagement on the new social platform. Please do not create communities.
As you will notice, the platform mirrors the popular social media site, Facebook. However, Viva Engage will allow us to strengthen our community/culture and afford us the ability to engage/remain connected. You will also see news stories/happenings within our Meridian community, wellness Wednesday tips and more! You may also share your wins, heartwarming testimonials and happenings within your department/area.
However, before engaging, all Meridians must review and acknowledge our social media policy on Datis (it is also attached) as well as adhere by the rules of engagement that are posted in the margin of the platform. The platform will be monitored.
