We are extending the Employee Feedback Survey deadline until Friday, November 7th at 11:59pm.
If you haven’t had the chance to complete our employee survey from Best Employee Surveys yet, please take this opportunity to complete the survey. We’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback. If you’ve already completed the survey, thank you so much!
As a reminder, you should have received the email from Best Employee Surveys, for the company-wide survey that we are conducting. With the survey being sent out to staff, we want to address a potential concern that some of you may have:
- It has come to our attention that some employees may be concerned about being asked to provide an access code/user ID. To clarify, the access code/user ID, provided in the email, is only there in case the “Take Survey” button does not immediately take you to the survey to complete, which it should. Furthermore, please know that this is an internal identifier for Best Employee Surveys, which they use to track survey completions and determine which employees should receive follow-up reminders. This information is not provided to Meridian in any capacity. The ONLY information that the survey company will provide to us is department and work location, there will be NO individual identifiers provided. This approach allows us to act on the feedback while maintaining confidentiality.
Additionally, we are excited to announce that we will be offering the following raffle opportunities for survey completion participation:
- If we reach 50% engagement agency-wide, five gift cards will be raffled.
- If we achieve 75% engagement agency-wide, we will raffle one additional $250 VISA gift card.
- For each department with over 75% engagement, the department will be entered into a raffle for a team lunch.
