CCBHC and MRT staff participated in a joint outreach event, to residents of Columbia County, residing in Ft, White, FL. The team was invited by Gail Jackson to the Food Give Away at the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Ft. White, FL. The church began this event in the beginning of the year and is committed to helping feed local citizens, as well as have local agencies attend and share their information monthly with the community. CCBHC and MRT were asked to attend in the on-going effort to increase mental health awareness and well-being.
Meridian staff completed a leadership outreach event at Florida Gateway College with other partnering agencies within the community. First Federal Bank, United Way, TD bank, Early Learning Coalition and other agencies set up tables to support the community. United Way Sponsored an amazing event to teach Leadership to partnering facilities.
