October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Breast Cancer Awareness Month is observed every October to promote awareness, education, and research about breast cancer, encouraging early detection and support for those affected.
The Employee Engagement, Recognition and Communication Committee will be sponsoring several activities during the month of October.
Activities will include the following:
- Pink ribbons will be distributed to all Meridians for posting on doors/windows in all locations to recognized fighters, survivors and honor those who lost the battle.
- Lapel ribbons will be distributed to all Meridians.
- The Beyond the Ribbon Walk will be held October 12th -18th.
