Get ready to make your health benefits choices for the upcoming year! The Open Enrollment period for the 2024-2025 plan year kicks off on today, Thursday, May 23rd and runs through Friday, May 31st.
This is your chance to review your current benefit options and make any adjustments that best suit your needs and those of your family. Don’t miss out – once Open Enrollment closes, changes can only be made if you have a qualifying life event.
Here’s what you need to know:
- What’s new: Please review the attached document for changes to the existing benefits. You’ll also find the current benefits guide attached. The new guide for the upcoming plan year will be published shortly and sent to everyone.
- Teams meeting: We’re hosting a live presentation on Wednesday, May 29th via Teams to highlight the changes taking effect on July 1st, 2024. Stay tuned for more details on the one-hour session and how to join. We’ll also record the session for those who can’t attend live.
- Review your options: A helpful tutorial video on Open Enrollment is available here. This will guide you through the process.
- Make your selections: You can keep your current plans if they work for you or choose new ones. Your benefits will rollover to the new plan year if you take no action during Open Enrollment. To make changes, simply log in to the Datis system and click the Open Enrollment button on the landing page.
- Aflac plans: Please review the instructions in the attached What’s New document for Aflac plan enrollment. To access information about the available plans, click here.
