The updated Benefits Guide will be released later this week. We will also be hosting a Teams presentation to walk through the changes and answer any questions. Stay tuned for the invite.
▶️ What’s Changing?
While most of the benefits remain the same, please note the following changes:
- Health Insurance Provider: Changing from United Healthcare to BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS)
- Pharmacy Provider: Changing from Optum Rx to MedImpact
- HSA Provider: Changing from Optum Bank to AccrueHealth
- Health Insurance Premiums: Slight increase in payroll deductions
- Dental PPO Premiums: Slight increase in payroll deductions
You may continue to refer to the previous guide for general plan information, as the structure of the plans remains unchanged.
▶️ Plan Mapping
This is a passive enrollment process. If you do not take any action, your current benefits will automatically roll over to the new plans as follows:
- UHC 7OS Plan → BCBS HD Plan (High Deductible)
- UHC 2FZ Plan → BCBS Traditional Plan
- UHC Flex Plan → BCBS Flex Plan
