We know many of you have gone above and beyond, putting our clients’ needs first. This program is a way to recognize your sacrifice and offer some financial flexibility. To receive payment for your PTO buyback, please complete and submit the attached PTO buyback request form to Manuel_Peruga@mbhci.org no later than Friday, June 14th. The payment will be issued on Friday, June 21st.
To be eligible for the PTO buyback, you must have been employed by Meridian for at least one year and maintain a minimum balance of 80 PTO hours in your account. The maximum buyback limit is 40 hours. For instance, if you currently have 100 hours in your PTO account, you can only buy back 20 hours, as it is necessary to retain a minimum of 80 hours in your account.
Please note that the deadline for submitting your PTO Buyback Form is June 14th, 2024. HR will not accept any PTO Buyback forms after this date.
